This repair shop charged way more than the initial quote and was not forthcoming about additional charges. Repair work that was (supposedly) done was inferior. Owner, Charley, lacks integrity and shows little, to no regard for customers. Work was not finished in a timely manner. All, in all, a business that I would never recommend to anyone. There are better choices out there.

I was searching for an auto repair shop and I went to CONSUMER CHECKBOOK and located one that was in fairly close proximity to where I live and it also had good ratings. Well, I have to echo that sentiment by saying I was totally satisfied from beginning to end with everything they did and especially the communications. I received paperwork from the computer testing that I have NEVER received from any other shop I would certainly recommend them to anyone and though I hope I don’t have any additional needs in the future, if I do socially this will be my repair shop of choice. I even told them that if I have an opportunity to recommend someone it would be my pleasure to do so

Very friendly and were vrey thorough in going over my car. Explained everything and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be coming back. They made me feel welcome and they valued my business. Great place.
