They cut my dogs leg and tried to hide it by not cutting the fur on top of the cut. It ended up becoming infected, and had to go to the vet. They never took responsibility for their actions. Even after all of that we gave them a second chance, and AGAIN! They cut my dog, this time on one of the benign fatty tissues that they were told about prior to his appointment. That was the absolute last straw. Don't risk it, and don't give that company a dime for inferior service.
