Had a small repair to a basement gate for our ground-floor apartment. Mr. Hall picked up right away, responded to an estimate request in about two hours and came out the next day to complete the work. He did a great job and charged a fair price. He also had advice for how to keep the gate in good shape moving forward. Highly professional.

Mr. Hall was superb. I was moving from my house to a condo and had an iron bed made by an artist. I told the moving estimator I planned to have a welder "cut" the bed at my home, move it to the condo, and re-weld it. (It had come in through the top windows when the window popped out. It had been replaced with a double-glazed, well-sealed window.) The estimator did measurements and thought it would go down the stairs. Wrong. So the bed couldn't be moved. Mr. Hall first "walked" the condo to be sure that the bed, rewelded on the sidewalk, could be properly moved up to my unit. We then went to my house, he cut the bed, moved the pieces to his truck, followed me back to the condo, welded the bed back together, and with someone from the condo, moved it to my bedroom, bolted on the headboard, and put the mattress on it. Throughout he was professional, competent, very reasonable, and part of the solution.
