When my car wouldn't start, Antonio replaced my starter. When it happened again a week later, he felt the new starter was defective and replaced it with another new one, paying for a rental car till job was done. When it happened again 3 weeks later he did more investigation, gave me a rental car again, replaced rear electric harness, rear door lock mechanism and remote entry fob, all for no charge. He went above and beyond because he wants customer to be satisfied with a job done right.
