Response to requests for maintenance is VERY slow. Although my bank verifies my rent payment cleared my bank by the 4th of the month, it's taken as long as 7 additional days to be credited to my account.

They aren't at all reasonably oromot in addressing maintenance issues. There gas also been a glittch in their computer system for months, causing late notices to be sent out when the rent was paid on time. When asked about fixing it, I was told "nobody knows how, so just don't worry about it".
