German, one of the brothers, assured us he was skilled in all flooring applications. His price was reasonable, so we hired him to install vinyl plank flooring. WHAT A MISTAKE! He didn't know what he was doing, he underestimated the time it would take, he ruined the carpet in one bedroom, he tried to charge more than agreed. He was a disaster
