I've taken my viola and bow to them for years. THey always do a good job and I think have very fair prices. They had to repair cracks in my instrument's body and did a superb job. The only negative was that when they replaced my viola's pegs, they didn't tell me the new pegs would not have mother-of-pearl ends like my old ones.
