We were having sporadic problems with our garage door working properly. Gus visited quickly. He explained why the problems were likely happening, made some adjustments, but cautioned we might need to replace the unit. Sure enough, the unit failed a couple of weeks later. Gus quickly replaced the faulty opener with a new one and deducted the cost of the initial visit from the cost of the new installation. Now several months later, new door works great.

Gus is a true find: an installer with decades of experience installing and repairing garage doors and openers. At a time (Covid) when getting garage door springs was almost impossible, especially the heavy-duty springs we needed, he had two in his truck. He replaced them as well as a garage door opener that had burned out because of a broken spring. All in just two days and at a good price. Capable and professional as well as personable. A true find.
