Our tech came to our house on his day off and got the job done quickly. He was very personable and nice.

Had me cornered in my one experience. Water heater was leaking profusely two days before Thanksgiving. They were the first to reply that they could respond that day. As we had guests coming that day for a visit of a week and it was mid-late afternoon, I accepted their outlandish price - $3200 for a new water heater installed. The work was done in a satisfactory manner by 8 PM or so. My gripe is I believe I paid a $1000 premium for the work. My guesstimate would say the labor charge was about $350/hr.

Water heater quit working - naturally on a weekend. Yet they were able to send out a tech who immediately diagnosed the issue, had the right replacement part and had it back working - of course, they had to charge weekend rates.
