This was the first vet I went to who my dog actually liked and did not feel scared. He was a bit anxious of course, but Dr. Russum made sure to make both of us feel comfortable and he offered the most non-invasive route for my dog's ear hematoma. Other vets suggested surgery which would have been very costly, however Dr. Russum recommended antibiotics to start before having to traumatize my dog with surgery, and they worked! Surgery was not needed and Dr. Russum did an excellent job with my fur baby, and I would recommend his clinic a million times over!
