I’ve only used them once so far, but will definitely do so again. The initial setup involves sending the photos and details of what you need, which is great for clear communications. The gentleman, Jake, assembled an exercise bike, added baseboard to a closet, glued down linoleum, and added wood strips for hooks in about 2 hours. He was fast, efficient, excellent about asking clarifying questions, and very personable. There is a 2 hr. minimum per job, which is reasonable. Payment, billing and communicating with Traci at the office - all super smooth.
