Not Recommended
They claim to know California and local jurisdictional laws but do not. Were written up by Fair Housing for problems due to lack of Resident Manager training. Poor accounting practices. Staff in office is poorly trained regarding laws and customer service.If I could get out of my current contract with them, I would. Have heard from other people who had the same problems
