Dr. Gordon is knowledgeable, personable and calm, and his practice is well run - have yet to have an appointment start late and usually I am on my way sooner than expects. Staff members also contribute to the positive patient experience.

Problems abound. They asked for the total up front. I had several follow up appointments, there was never anyone in the waiting room (this is why I rated availability so well), he gave me a packet to give to my regular dentist to do the crown, which had already been opened, and my dentist said what he gave me wasn't adequate. He worked frenetically and seemed nervous. He handed me a disclaimer to sign right after they got my money, saying about all he risks I was taking with him and the errors that could happen. While I was in hr waiting room, a recent patient called and the drs wife called to dr Gordon, we have an emergency coming in needing to be seen, something went wrong and needed correcting. Too many red flags, wife talking about other patients. I think me Gordon's family and friends leave some of these reviews to offset the inevitable bad reviews.
