Dr. Kazemi has a large and well-run suite of offices in Bethesda. Getting extractions and implants is never going to be a picnic, but he carefully explained everything he was going to do, and what I would experience then and over the next day. He did his work skillfully and relatively quickly, and, I had little or no pain afterward. He and his staff are very pleasant—I showed up 20 minutes late for one appointment and was warmly greeted anyway. He keeps his digs a little too cool for my comfort, and his fees seem on the high side (though I have no idea where the high side is), but the quality of his work makes it worth the cost.

Has done two extractions and implants for me, one of which was very infected and complicated. Both were done very well. He explains the procedures and gives you lots of written information.
