In searching for providers via our health insurance network, we found Dr. Boucree. There we a mix of review, but in take a leap, we booked with his office. The appointment scheduling was quick which was an initial win. However after that, we found a tired looking office in an older medical building. The staff was pleasant but did not seem that empowered. The oral surgeon was slow to come in and did not look particular busy. After reviewing the details, the surgeon did have some good insights but was also hesitant to offer a treatment plan until there was more information. While that was understandable, there was no feedback even after our orthodontist office sent the requested information. I called back a month later and still waiting on a call back. We would suggest not using this provider and let this surgeon retire.
