Dr. Gross is terrific - humorous, smart, informative, puts one at ease. The practice is very professional. I had a horrendous toothache, and I was extremely grateful that Dr. Gross's office found a way to squeeze me into the schedule almost immediately when my dentist called. Dr. Gross asked detailed questions and wanted to know the whole history of my aching tooth. Her advice was professional and unexpected: she did not retreat the existing root canal but advised me to go to an oral surgeon to have it out as quickly as possible. Her office then worked on getting me an appointment as soon as possible, and were clearly disappointed that the earliest they could arrange (with the oral surgeon's office) was first thing the next morning. Great experience all around.
