I went to Dr Chen for advice after another endodontist had done a less than adequate job on a root canal. She showed so much more care than that prior practitioner. In the end I did not need another root canal, though my dentist recommended it. She didn't pressure me to get the work - she seems really honest and caring. I believe that she was correct and my dentist was wrong. I switched to her in the event I do need more work done.

My dentist highly recommended Dr Chen . I spoke with her by phone and made arrangements for an appointment. i did not meet her in person. I felt that the endodontist took far more xrays than warranted. Only later did I learn that the person who did the work was not Dr. Chen even though her office just lists her name on the door. She had substituted this person without my knowledge. I feel this is unprofessional behavior.
