Not Recommended
Motorized blinds batteries die within weeks. Took months to get parts to finish job. Blinds are cheap looking for price.

We have used Infiniti a number of times for our home and rental properties. They are the vendor who supplies the products for Costco. The quality of the products that they provide are not "top-of-the-line" like you would get from Hunter Douglas, etc., but they are more than adequate - especially if you frequently change window coverings, like we do with our rentals. Installation can be hit/miss depending on who does the installing, but this is also the case with other vendors. The company does stand behind their products/installation, though, so if you have a problem (we've had a few), they will back them up. I am sure that part of the pressure comes from being a Costco vendor. If they get too many complaints, Costco will replace them.

We have used Infiniti two times by placing orders through Costco. Our rep (Rachel) was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the entire range of window coverings. Prices were very competitive and installation was top notch. Window coverings arrived when they were scheduled. We had a few missing pieces, but Infiniti cheerfully took care of the problem and sent us the pieces (which were easy for us to install).
