Prompt, efficient, pleasant, highly qualified, reasonable price. I found this establishment through Consumer Checkbook. It was rated 100% by all eleven reviewers. I had had another blind service (not through CC) which stood me up, declared blind mechanisms trashed and not repairable. Charged my Visa card $150.00 for false diagnosis on one blind. Difficulty getting appointment and keeping it, tried to sell me a roll up shade for $900.00 which was not comparable to what I had. Unqualified, dishonest. A All-Pro Blind Cleaning restrung both blinds for $187. Picked then up and returned them. Terrance was the service man who diagnosed, delivered and returned blinds for the repair shop, and he was a delightful person as well. Blinds are now easy to pull, and had pulled hard for 15 years!! I am very happy and relieved! :)

Helpful and professional. No over the top salesmanship! I love that their first choice is to restore/clean existing blinds. If that wasn't your choice, they give you options and again not all pushy about any choice. Beside all that, their work is good quality.
