Hardy Plank siding was not installed per manufacturer's instructions. They face nailed in many places which is not recommended. Didn't properly place boards around faucets per spec. Took many short cuts. Caulking is cracking. Not a quality job.

Everything about our experience in dealing with Side-Pro was great. It started with our first contact with Side-Pro's Richard Johnston who provided us with the Side-Pro bid. Once the work started, and the team began removing the siding they discovered the underlayment wasn't what was anticipated and they would need another approach. Duane Tidball, Side-Pro District QC Manager, came up with a low-cost, solution that avoided having to remove all the old underlayment and replace it. The work was completed on time and the workmanship was exceptional. I would hire them again for anything I could.
