I interview 4 deck builders and Catalyst was the only one that listened to me and built the deck I wanted. The others seemed to have their own idea of what to build at a higher cost. Catalyst did what I wanted and the workmen treated me with courtesy and respect.

After an impressive assessment and communication, an agreement to do the work June 17 a commitment to send the estimate in 2 days or an urgent demo and repair situation, no reply to emails and calls. Stunned. The contrast. His statement about the company and "when I say I will send in 2 days, I honor my commitments". Left in a bind.

Catalyst built a new fence and deck for us. Kevin and crew performed Way above expectations; they just want their customers to be happy with their work. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
