Eddie installed a replacement forced air electric furnace which has not functioned properly since. Its been 5 years and his wife still has no idea why he will not respond. We were pleasant, not demanding and paid promptly.

Air North has maintained our heat pump/gas furnace system for 5 years. We like the service which has always been on time, professional and reasonable. Recently we had a problem where the heat was not coming up to thermostat setting, although the system was serviced by Air North 6 months previous. The maintenance rep was on site the same afternoon, and spent 45 minutes going through everything including resetting the thermostat. With a running conversation he showed us how to diagnose problems so we can call in with the correct problem in advance. At the end of the day a dirty furnace filter was the problem. He changed the filter (we had one ready) and did not charge us anything. Great office people and great service. We'll use them forever.
