We scheduled an appointment with the company for the following week. No show. I understand how that can occur, so I call back and asked for another appointment. The lady who answers the phone, who is with the company, was extremely rude, and said she had no record of the appointment, and then proceed to lecture me on why I didn't call when the repair person didn't show up the same day, and why I waited till noon the next day to call her and let her know that they didn't show up. This is because she made a mistake. I see there has been another communication issue reported. I don't think it's a one-off. Avoid.

Past customer. Furnace broke down this winter and they didn’t even return my calls. Washington Energy fixed it promptly.
