They did a total interior renovation of our home, and we could not be happier. They removed walls to open up the family/dining/kitchen area and the master bedroom, as well as installing two additional bathrooms. They did everything, from top to bottom. They use a combination of their own crew + subcontractors. All work was excellent save for the painting subcontractor, who McIntyre "fired" after his work was so bad. They brought in another subcontractor who did a very good job. They started on time, and they essentially finished by our agreed due date (some punch list items were completed after we moved in). You will love his monthly spreadsheet analysis of costs (materials and labor separately) which you get with your billing during the construction period. They had no problem when I included in the contract a substantial hold-back pending approved inspections and our final approval.
