My daughter has curly hair, and a sensitive scalp. We made this clear to the manager, both I and my girls before the appointment. We were told the appointment was scheduled for 2:45 we didn't see our stylist until 3:10. I told her we needed to be in Sumner by 5:30 she accused me of "putting her on the clock." Then she scolded me for not having the girl's hair prepared first; something I volunteered to do when setting the appointment and I was told, no. don't do it. With as soon as she started to work on my girl's hair my daughter started crying. I needed to give my daughter pain medicine that evening because her scalp hurt so much. Even the next day it was till tender.
