I purchased from Joel Joseph and Mike Clancy. The mattress was supposed to arrive two weeks after purchase. I waited that Wednesday from 2-5. I did not get a notice of delay until later on. The delivery was pushed until next month. Very little to no effort was made to expedite the delivery. They're quick to make a sale, but were all crickets when it came to follow-up and customer service. Sleep Number needs to go with another delivery contractor. I suggest going with their competitor, Personal Comfort.

Love our sleep number. Got in on sale. Only buy when a huge sale is going otherwise the prices are high
