Countertop overlay and backsplash. The salesman was great. Had good suggestions and advice. Some misunderstandings between salesman and installer on what could be accomplished but a work around was found for countertop install. Counter looks great. A different install team had to come back to do the backsplash because we had to wait for cabinet refacing to be completed. This took two attempts due to another miscommunication. The initial installer had issues with proper fit and had to try to cut the tile pieces. He was not very successful and several of the edges were very chipped and one section had a huge gap. A subsequent call to the company resulted in a second installer coming out. He was able to fix several of the issues so we are satisfied. Still slight chipping along some edges but really visible to use because we know where they are.

We used GT in California 20 years ago when they first started out. Then when we moved to WA, they were the first call we made. Excellent customer service. Fair prices. Easy install.
