My insurance company chose this firm to replace sections of hardwood flooring in 3 rooms damaged by a water leak. Emergency restoration firm tore out the old damaged flooring, then we waited weeks and weeks. It became obvious that they didn't have qualified employees to do the job on time. They sub-contracted out the final finishing work and the replacement of the moldings, etc. The job was not finished until 2 weeks ago - that's about 5 months after they started. Arggghh!!
