I used Tacoma Fireplace twice. Since I moved into my house in Gig Harbor six years ago, the gas fireplace insert has not been serviced. Tacomas Fireplace made it easy to arrange an appointment on their website. The service charge was explained upfront. The initial service call was almost 2 hours. The Technician cleaned, inspected, and tested the gas and electrical systems. Since the fireplace was installed without a fan, we asked him to research the possibility of installing a fan. Two days later, I received a message from the staff at Tacoma Fireplace that a fan was available. We ordered a fan, and it was installed several weeks later. We are very pleased with Tacoma Fireplace. I would recommend them without reservations.
