Good sales experience. Had issues getting follow up for installation. Installer would not connect the electrical service since he wasn't a licensed electrician. Installers should be licensed to do anything necessary for an install...like all buyers are licensed electricians and can complete the installation. Turns out is was two standard wire connections...nothing exotic.

Man came out and quoted job. Had great ideas. Very pleasant. Follow up was unpleasant. Could not obtain date or time. When they came, they said it could not be done. After trying they were successful.

Item I thought I bought was not the one they installed.

Great selection of products. Be sure you have everything in writing.
