Prices were far too high for a brake job. Unfortunately we were in a bind and needed our vehicle asap. Normally we would pay between $200 to $400 for either new brake pads and rotors or an entire brake job. Bucky charged us $2100!!! They charged nearly $400 per tire!

I’ve been going to Buckys for about 3 years now.. it’s not the best mechanic shop around , but also not the worst. Prices are mostly affordable and they offer a cash advance for up to 1,000 dollars as long as you qualify( we don’t have great credit and we qualified) which is a bonus. Staff is alright- however there’s not a lot of consistency with seeing the same mechanic/staff. There always seems to be a new crew each time we go. The majority of buildings are a touch grimey- could use some cleaning in the waiting rooms- but it’s a mechanic shop, not a wellness center. They seem to get the repairs done correctly, as the only time we went back was never due to a lack of positive repairs on their side- rather a problem with a part we were unable to find, which was constantly needing to be replaced. They typically take a long time to fix the vehicle (we will be there literally all day) which is very annoying, but they do get it done.

I brought my truck in for repair to a front wheel assembly. I provided the part as per their request, and asked them to install it on the passenger side. The report from a Toyota dealer said it was a passenger side issue. Bucky's replaced the driver's side part instead, and blamed me for having an older truck. They refused to fix the issue.
