checked BBB and claiming a 25-year reputation I called and was told they are a new business. They cannot be NEW and 25 years in business. it's one or the other! Bad installation, and failed to register the HVAC system. Voided my 10-year parts 10 10-year labor and lifetime warranty. They sold the system to a contractor and then transferred the system to me. The first year was sketchy and now the system is 3 years old and has failed. Hired Aqualine who attempted to exchange the heat pump they were turned down as Goodman no longer makes that unit and will not honor the system. I ordered a DIAKIN (same company better product) and the bait and switch I received this useless system. My $15,000 system requires $5,000 in repairs

My heat pump stopped working during our recent cold weather. Todd, from Dr Cool, came and fixed it on a Sunday and charged a very reasonable rate. Very good company to deal with.
