Stopped getting water at 11 pm on Friday, called emergency phone number who told me a technician would be at my home at 9:00 am the next morning and cost to come out was $296. No call, no technician, so I called again. I was told the technician would arrive in a couple of hours. I received a call from the technician, informing me the cost to come out was $496, but settled on the $296 originally quoted. The technician arrived, had me sign for the service fee, opened the control box outside my cistern, pushed on the magnetic connector, then got on the phone. After he was finished with his phone call, he said he couldn't do anything for me until Monday. I was adamant that I could not be without water until Monday. He responded with anger and said, "a lot of other people have to wait for parts, too." I had to walk away from him before I spoke my mind. I called the office and told them I would not be paying the service fee. After about 15 minutes, the technician knocked on my door and tried to get me to sign a purchase order for the part, which he had "his team looking for." I said I wasn't going to pay an exorbitant price for the part unless they could provide one today. He said he would call me when/if they found the part. I never received a call.
