Rick came out quickly, next morning, because I was getting back-up in my bathtub. I hadn't had the tank pumped for 12 years so I was hoping that was the problem. Unfortunately the clog is upstream of the tank so I need to hire someone else to figure out the clog problem. Rick gave me ideas about what could be causing the problems so I could be more informed when calling a plumber.

Lakeside has been our septic company for many years. Rick is both the owner and operator, so you won't be getting someone new every time they com out. Rick also helped us years ago with a drainfield problem. With his advice, I was able to correct it without major repairs/costs. I highly recommend Rick and Lakeside Septic.
