I have a cement tile roof, and many roof and gutter companies won't touch them because of liability (breaking tiles when walking on them) and lack of expertise. I also have leaf-filter covers on my gutters, which were not draining adequately. Pro-long used a drone over my roof to do a thorough look at what was needed, in addition to determining what was needed to clear gutters and clean the roof. Their prices were not cheap, but I think fair, considering the complexity of some of the issues they were working with. They addressed several areas that had turned into torrents of water whenever it rained for a couple of years. One issue that remains unresolved is some work that they said they would have to delay because of time of year (needs to be warmer to do a torch-down area) and that when they do it, the price will be much higher because of the cost of the material skyrocketed (from $600 to $2,000!) from the time it was originally bid in mid-August to the time we scheduled (early October). We are holding off on that for now.
