I take both my dogs to VCA Central Kitsap, and I appreciate their kindness to my dogs (one of whom can be a bit "extra," as his doctor says) and the fact that they are a fear-free practice and therefore prioritize my dogs' mental and emotional well-being during vet visits. They also disclose the cost of any tests or procedures up front and make sure I am comfortable proceeding, so there is no sticker shock later. They take great care of us.

I've had wonderful experiences with the staff at VCA Central Kitsap. My only "complaint" is that $35/cat EXTRA to get their nails trimmed while being seen for vaccines, etc (Which costs $100/cat times 3 cats) seems like price gouging. $15 is what a groomer charges, so why not do $20 since everything costs more from the vet? The cost of the whole thing is why I haven't been able to get my pets in. I don't have $300 to drop at once.

they were great when dealing with my dog who had been attacked by a goat and had a huge puncture wound in her side.
