Nail trims are highly priced, but aside from that I am very pleased with VCA

We have used the VCA more than once. As you know, vet clinics in the area are always full and hard to get in. This VCA has always provided reasonable care and when our primary vet clinic is closed.

I absolutely would recommend VCA! In fact I have and I countinue to do so, many of my friends and family go there now because I recommend it to them. I've gone there for years now and took all of my pets there both dog and cat. I have been to the primary vet clinical side & recently unfortunately we visited the animal ER side of VCA & it was just as good. But my cat was hurt and we had an emergency so we went there & it was a weekend, I called every place & they were the only ones open & they saw us that same day! However I because it was an emergency on the weekend we had to sit there and sit in our car for 9 hours until we were seen. Which I can't make there fault due to every animal that comes in they assess for critical intake & your spot in line, is only based upon the severity of the emergency. Unfortunately that day there was many many people that came in hours after I did, that was seen and treated before us due to the animals injurys or emergencys were I guess more life threatening then my cats in there opinions so there was a lot of people coming in all day. I do have to say that it's not there fault for that, they must run it that way for the animals safety however I wasn't happy that my cat had to sit inside his to go crate for 9+ hours & he was in a lot of pain and was uncomfortable for that long. Id be much happier if they could have given him some pain medicine to help him get comfortable at least. My cat came home at 5AM with a small bullet wound so it was bad.
