Owner Kathy Brobst does a great job of getting you in soon, if needed, accommodating your schedule, listening and helping find solutions, etc. Will advise on products if asked and will steer you to the best price and beauty supply stores. Does not try to get you to buy products from her salon. She has given me free products to try out or will let you return something if it doesn't work. She has done a good job during the pandemic to make it very safe for appointments--spacing chairs, only have two hairstylists and two clients in shop at a time, cleaning before and after use.
