We have experience with both their trainers by taking three of their dog classes and having some one-on-one sessions. The classes were helpful and moved us to a much better place in managing our rescue dog. The only thing we weren't excited about is that sometimes the class content included things that did not seem to pertain to us (seemed to lean into preparing people who wanted to be a part of the dog show world). The trainers really know dogs, and totally understood our dogs personality and breed characteristics. Overall, the experiences were really helpful and the trainers are very dedicated to their craft.

The teacher taught the dog that it could now communicate with me using auxiliary buttons. If it were not for his inability to speak, I would have let him chat with me.
