Jason Wells tore down and rebuilt a balcony/deck and stairs after a tree limb smashed into my existing decking and compromised it's integrity. He was forthright and honest, suggested I wait a season on staining the cedar because the mill wax would compromise the staining. One of the few bids I received that correctly assessed that county permits would be required.
