we had three companies out to bid window cleaning + gutter cleaning + roof moss treatment. Paneless was neither the most expensive, nor the cheapest. They were, however, the only company that agreed to clean the inside of our roof ridgeline skylight (tall ladder over a stairwell - so tricky). They also can clean solar panels but we will wait on that until spring - until after our neighbors finish their DADU. Pros = one visit to get three deferred maintenance chores done. Workers were pleasant and did us a solid by also volunteering to replace the smoke alarm battery that is "way up there, too." Con's - the outside windows are cleaned with a broom that runs an awful lot of water (not looking forward to this month's sewer bill!). Surprisingly, the system worked well - when the water dried, there was no spotting. Also, they failed to clean the window panes in our front door (but I can get to those myself). Last, I scheduled in late September; other than one inconvenient cancelation, they could not schedule us until December 19th. Yikes! Will get the gutters scheduled sooner next year.

They are always reliable and do good work! I have been using them for years and they do my gutters as well.

Paneless has cleaned windows, mirrors, shower doors, skylights, gutters, and roofs on my rental houses for many years. The service has been excellent. I normally inspect window cleaning very carefully. If even one pane was not spotlessly clean, Paneless would cheerfully and promptly send a service person back out to take care of it. Highly recommended, and I plan to continue taking advantage of Paneless's excellent work and low prices.
