Don’t take your animals here for emergency. I was told over the phone if the waiting time is long, I can put down a deposit and go home, then they will contact you. My cat had urinary tract infection. I brought her in at 7pm, was told to wait around 4-5 hours. I asked if I could deposit the money and go home. The assistance came back and said the doctor said no. I waited until after 12 am, no one let me know anything, and only 3 of us left. One person was leaving with her dog. I asked the receptionist about my cat, she called back to the ER, then told me to go to the exam room. I waited another 20 minutes before a doctor came to talk to me about the cost of the urinalysis test and the costs of the medications. I agreed. Finally, after 1 am, the assistance brought my cat out with the medications. I don’t think this place care enough about the animals or us. All they care is making money. If ever a next time, I sure go some other place with not too high a cost and where people care.
