There is no excuse for rudeness, which was my one experience with their employee in their accounting department. I was trying to track the automatic deduction form that I had submitted & they claimed to not have received it. Instead of assisting me in resubmitting, this employee was more interested in informing me about late fee penalties. Customer service at it's worse.
