It takes a while to get into the routine. They could do better on patient and family orientation. Like any reasonably priced nursing home, they cannot be of immediate assistance to all patients. Sometimes the wait seems very long. But the most important thing, they are very loving to the patients. They deal with many people who are confused and sometimes quite agitated with kindness, patience and understanding.
