When a hearing aid is failing one would like some help rather quickly. That doesn't seem possible at my Costco. Appointments are usually a month out or longer. This seems to be a systemic/management problem and has nothing to do with the technicians who seem generally competent and sensitive to my needs. The price is right at Costco but the access to service has been poor for years and remains so.

I wish I had been given an option to use replaceable batteries instead of rechargeable ones. My mother has dementia and keeps forgetting to charge them overnight and can't wear them at night so can't hear when I call her in the morning to remind her about medications....

The front-office staff often seems over burdened, so it can be hard to get their attention. However hearing aid specialists are well-informed and keep trying until they get your hearing aid properly adjusted. Generous return policy, more than required by law. It can take a while to get an appointment, but it's worth the wait. Best prices by far, without compromising quality or service.
