There were problems with the initial order and product that caused a delay in completion of the project. However, both the installer and office personnel were excellent in working with us to solve these problems. The result is that we are pleased with the product and services provided by Jet City.

Once I'd paid for my order (in advance, of course) the person I'd been working with stopped returning calls. When I called the service number, that person was helpful but was not able to answer my question about the product. I had to cancel my order before I could get a call-back. I reinstated my order, because this is the company one gets through Costco. The installers did a great job--on time, very careful of my home, very tidy. The blinds turned out well but I now know more questions I should have asked. Like: is the option with no cords to operate more expensive and if so, how much more? Is the option with no cords as durable as with cords? Sales people should be more helpful. The first sale is the hardest to close. If you do a good, honest job, the customer will come back AND refer friends and family. I am interested in additional window coverings but will definitely shop elsewhere, at least to compare.

Previously I had rated Jet City quite positively. We used them through Costco to replace the cellular shades on a sliding glass door in one bedroom. Then when the pull cord broke just a month or two shy of the warranty expiration, they arranged for a brand new replacement from the manufacturer. So when we wanted to do an identical job in another bedroom, we went through Costco again and were happy they continued to have an arrangement with Jet City. However . . . Our experience this time was quite disappointing. This was summer 2021. We are senior citizens and one of us has an additional Covid risk factor. Se we asked everyone entering our house to wear a mask, and we wore them too. When the salesperson arrived at our door, I asked her to put on a mask and offered to provide one if she needed one. She gave me an unpleasant look and said "But I'm vaccinated." She grudgingly went to her car and got a mask. While inside the house she did the job to understand what we wanted and to identify the product. But she was cold, not pleasant as we had previously experienced with Jet City. When the estimate arrived it was about $400 more expensive than the largely identical blind they'd installed a few years ago. We understand that supply chain issues have caused things to cost more, but this seemed excessive. When we inquired with her about that, she just said something like "well our prices go up" without any real explanation. We did not purchase the blinds.
