Polyclinic has become "industrial medicine" if there were such a category. Difficult to reach your doctor, get appointments and follow through. I needed to see a urologist, it took four days to get to my primary physician's nurse, then she made a referral to Northgate, I called in today 11/12/21, after four days to be told, "we have 200 referrals waiting, glad you called in!".... and I got an appointment for 11/29/21! I am looking for a change from Poly Clinic, they used to be OK.... not any more.
