Properly on first try: overall, the work was excellent. The last step -- the silicone caulking -- bubbled out a few voids, but Ryan came back the very next day and reapplied a new bead.
While he was there fixing the tub tile, Ryan offered to clean & seal the tile floor. I took him up on it, and I was glad he did.
Despite the scheduling challenge and minor need for a revisit, Wilson Tile did a great job; I'll call them again next time.
