When our septic system was plugged on a Saturday, we called Beacon. They responded within 3 hours with a truck to clear a drain line and one to pump our tank out. It turned out we had a major blockage in the line leading to the tank and they were able to open the clog. Since we had the septic tank open we decided to have it pumped. The costs for these two services on an emergency basis were very reasonable. The pumping was about 25% more than our normal provider but since it was an emergency, I felt it was ok. They showed me what was causing the blockage and I was able to do that repair as a DYI project. This was a great response and got our system up and running quickly.
