Our condo board of directors insists that YatesWood provide their best management strategies, otherwise we have seen them perform dismally. Kinda like a child that requires clearly marked boundaries. But this is unfortunate as it is difficult to rely on them. Not trust-worthy.

YWM is the first property management company I met up with. I thought they were bad. Now I've dealt with three others in other complexes and YWM is looking better in comparison.

My coop apartment building has had two property managers from Yates Wood. I would rate the first as inferior; I would rate our current manager as superior. My recommendation of this company comes with the proviso that it depends who your property manager is. I do appreciate their on-line accounting system and their prompt response to after-hours emergencies.
