They failed in so many ways, it is not possible to list them all here. They moved in unqualified people who almost immediately started taking the home apart. The tenants removed cabinets from the walls, removed counter tops, took light fixtures apart and removed them, without securing the small parts, such that the fixtures could not be put back together when the tenants broke the lease and left, leaving the home needing significant repairs before anyone else could even view it. Tenants also removed other built-in cabinets, removed trim around the doors, took front door hinges off, rather than remove the pins of the hinges, such that the re-installed door did not close properly. On the move-out walk through, the Property Manager did not notice the oven was not cleaned, the refrigerator was filthy, a (new) stone floor tile was broken, the freezer had not been cleaned, a wall was destroyed in the process of removing a built-in cabinet, or the fact that removed cabinets were re-installed upside down, requiring the home owner to repair all of these things at the home owner's expense. They did not respond to the tenants request for maintenance services during an emergency, instead asked the tenants to contact the home owner directly, since it was a week-end. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs. Their interest appears to be in collecting their commission, without providing ANY of the requisite services that should be included in the equation. They also did not charge the tenants for items consumed during their tenancy, even though there was a deposit. They collected their commission the first of one month, then immediately sent a message to all property owners, stating they were short-staffed, had significant turnover, had people going on vacation, so please do not contact them for any reason until next month. YIKES!!!
