I just had a pair of glasses made at this Northgate location. They have a fairly small selection of frames & it's not easy to look at them because the waiting room is small & crowded with people seemingly waiting a long time even though they had appointments. I had to wait quite awhile both when ordering glasses & when picking them up, but most important, the resulting progressive bifocals were useless for computer or closer work. The woman did not even mark my pupil location on the frames! Mike at Sherman Optical, Edmond (who I do recommend) fully examined how they set up far/near/close vision areas & said they were very poorly done.

Crowded waiting rooms and indifferent check-in staff. Contact lens staff did a bait and switch on price of contact lens exam and lenses.

The prescription reading glasses I have are terrible. They don't spend enough time when performing optical vision tests. I feel that they have become a 'mill' and they simply don't care. Also, variety of frame styles for men is extremely limited.
